PRL, Inc. and subsidiaries, Bell & Evans, APR Supply Co., and Candoris Technologies were listed in Central Penn Business Journal’s ranking of the Top 50 Fastest-Growing Companies in Central PA.
PRL, Inc. and its three subsidiaries (Regal Cast, PRL Industries, and LTC Inc.) were ranked 25th in the list. These companies produce high specification components and castings for use in the defense and nuclear power industries.
Bell & Evans, which was ranked 26th, is a family-owned chicken company. Founded in 1894, it is considered the oldest branded chicken company in the United States.

APR Supply Co. was ranked 40th in the list. It is a family-owned wholesale distribution company for plumbing, hydronics, and HVAC equipment and supplies.
Candoris was 47th in the rankings. It is a technology integration firm focusing on the areas of data center infrastructure, information technology services, software development and consulting.

These companies and winners from other counties were recognized at an awards ceremony that was held virtually in early September.
Central Penn Business Journal has produced this list of fastest-growing businesses for the past 24 years. The rankings are decided based upon eligible companies’ revenue growth from 2018 to 2019, taking into account both dollar and percentage amounts.
