On Saturday, May 22, the seventh annual “Splash of Color” art auction will take place via a virtual showcase.
All photographs by Will Trostel.
The auction is an annual fundraiser staged by and for Lebanon Family Health Services (LFHS), a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing health, education, and reproduction services to uninsured and underinsured groups in Lebanon County. This year, it’s being held at Lebanon Picture Frame & Fine Art Gallery at 847 Cumberland Street in Lebanon. However, due to pandemic restrictions, the auction itself will be livestreamed on May 22 beginning at 7 p.m.
The livestream will “feature select pieces and local artists and entertainers,” according to a press release. Viewers can tune in from the LFHS YouTube page or Facebook page. Auction participants can view the catalogue and bid on items by registering for the event here. The bidding window will remain open for 24 hours from the start of the livestream event to May 23 at 7 p.m.
Those interested can take a look at the art, bid, and buy pieces in person by visiting Lebanon Picture Frame during normal business hours (Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.).
