The second annual Lebanon’s Got Pride was held Sunday, June 12 on South 8th Street from Cumberland to Walton streets. While the latter part of the event was dampened by rain, organizer Scott Church estimated that over 1,500 attendees passed through.
Unlike last year’s event, various vendors and other tents were set up at this year’s Pride.
Drag performances began at 4 p.m. and continued until the rain started. The finale was ultimately cancelled due to the rain, but the performers can also be seen in monthly Lebanon Drag Night events at Scott Church’s Living Room.
Church said in a Facebook post that even more vendors have expressed interest in next year’s Pride.
“Get ready 2023, we are going to another level again!” he said.
