LebTown features a different Lebanon County pet each Friday to help us enter the weekend with the best vibes possible.
The Pet of the Week sometimes features a local furbaby who already lives in a happy Lebanon County home. Other times the column spotlights an animal that’s available for adoption through a local shelter and is seeking a forever family.
This week, meet adoptable Freddy!

Freddy is a male, 1-year-old cane corso with a “stunning blue coat,” Pitties.Love.Peace rep Mika Stiefel says.
This happy-go-lucky boy is a “giant goofball, sure to make you smile,” she adds. He’s also an “affectionate snuggle monster” who “snores like a freight train.”

Freddy is food-motivated, loves to learn and is eager to please, Mika says. He’s crate-trained and housebroken, too, and he “enjoys dogs of all sizes” … although he’d do better in a kitty-free home.
“His ideal household will have no children under 16 years old,” Mika says. For Freddy, the adoption agency is “looking for a strong leader with large breed experience to continue focus on training and socialization and keep him on track to being his very best.”
