Want to see what’s behind the curtain in elections? You can be a part of the election team!

Lebanon County residents interested in the inner workings of elections have a unique opportunity to participate directly in the democratic process by becoming poll workers.

Local poll workers are elected officials who will appear on this year’s ballot. The process to run for one of these positions is straightforward: interested citizens must obtain a petition from the Lebanon County Elections Office and collect signatures from registered voters. The deadline to submit completed petitions is March 11. Most poll worker positions only require five signatures and candidates can sign their own petition. It’s a low bar to jump!

If you want to see how elections work behind the scenes, now is the time to run for an office. It’s quick and easy and gets you on the ballot.

Officials emphasize that poll workers play a crucial role in maintaining election integrity and security throughout Lebanon County.
