The North Cornwall Board of Supervisors unanimously agreed to approve phases 2A and 2B of the North Cornwall Commons land development plan at its meeting Tuesday.
The 81-home block of the development includes an extension of Springwood Drive and an access drive.

This comes after the developer, Cornwall Properties, made revisions to the plan to revise the alignment of the road in response to township concerns about a sharp intersection.
The action was conditional on City of Lebanon Water Authority approval, which Cornwall Properties representatives said is forthcoming.
The board also unanimously agreed to the purchase and installation of three streetlights on Hartman Lane for $9,239.

Hartman Lane resident Ben Steefel, who requested additional streetlights, said that in the last three years, the house next to his has been robbed three times.
He said he does not believe streetlights will completely prevent crime, but that he hopes they will serve as a deterrent. He said he worries for the safety of his infant.
The board otherwise oversaw a short agenda, unanimously approving minutes of their Feb. 18 meeting and the treasurer’s report.
North Cornwall Board of Supervisors meets the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7 and 6 p.m. respectively. Meetings are open to the public and do not require prior registration.
