A garbage truck driver is being charged with Homicide by Vehicle and six other charges after an incident in 2021. According to the South Lebanon Township Police Department, officers answered to a crash involving a garbage truck along State Drive just south of Stonehedge Drive the morning of June 4, 2021.

According to Palmyra Fire Chief David Dugan, crews were dispatched around 3:17 a.m. Saturday to the 300 block of East Main Street in Palmyra. When crews arrived, they encountered heavy flames and the fire was upgraded to a two-alarm fire.
